Yes, absolutely. Every product we sell is 100% genuine METHOD-manufactured equipment sourced directly from the factory in Malaysia. Each product ships with the original manufacturer documentation, certification papers, and warranty card. We never deal in refurbished, grey-market, or uncertified equipment.

Yes. As the authorised distributor, we maintain a comprehensive inventory of genuine METHOD spare parts at our warehouse on Mombasa Road. Common spare parts are typically available for immediate dispatch. For specialised parts, we can order directly from Malaysia with a typical lead time of 2–4 weeks.

Yes. We provide professional installation services carried out by our trained and certified technicians. Our services cover emergency showers, fume hoods, biosafety cabinets, storage cabinets, laboratory furniture, and fume extraction systems. Installation fees are quoted separately based on equipment type and site location.
Yes. All METHOD products come with a manufacturer-backed warranty of 12–24 months depending on the product category. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions. See our Warranty Policy for full details.
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. See our full Return Policy for details on eligible products, the return process, and refund methods.
If your product arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery. Take photographs of the damage and contact us immediately. All shipments are insured, and we will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you. Note any damage on the delivery receipt when signing.
